This is a favorite in our house!Â Â It’s a very simple, tasty, chicken and rice dish.
- Cut up 2-3 chicken breasts
- Add about 1.5 to 2 cups of italian salad dressing (we prefer Wishbone)
- Fry in pan for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized.
- Cook rice.Â When rice is done, add 1 can of rinsed, drained black beans and stir.
- Serve the chicken over the rice.
