This is one of my favorite meals!Â Just throw the following ingredients into your slow cooker, cook on low for about 8 hours or so, and devour!
- 2 to4 chicken breasts
- bag of baby carrots (or regular carrots)
- about 4 or 5 potatoes
- McCormick Gourmet seasoning packet for chicken & potatoes (or Knorr’s herb chicken)
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 2 Tablespoons of oil
