Spreadable butter right out of the fridge? Is it possible? I first heard about a butter mill last year and was very intrigued. But there are so many gimmicks out there, what do you believe?
So when I had the chance to review this Cooks Innovations Butter Mill, I was very excited to try this product.
It arrived very quickly, and I immediately washed it and put it to use. Butter is something we always have on hand. In fact, I often make my own butter. You can see that tutorial here. But no matter if it you make your own butter or buy it from the grocery store, this butter mill works the same.
Just place your butter inside the mill, place the top on, and put the top back on.
Then turn the bottom, and it raises your butter through the top and your butter comes out in tiny spiral shavings!
Then just run your butter knife over the top and spread it on your food.
No, this is not a gimmick! Cold butter right from the fridge comes out in thin shaved spirals that you can easily spread onto your favorite foods. I store my butter mill in my fridge with my butter in it, and when I need spreadable butter, I use this new gadget! Prior to this, we were warming up the butter in the microwave. Which the boyfriend always manages to turn into a puddle of butter in the microwave. Butter puddles no more!
This awesome new kitchen gadget can be purchased on Amazon for just $19.95 with free Prime shipping!
