We LOVE tacos in our house. We make some form of tacos at least once a week. Tonight it was chicken tacos. My boyfriend hails from California, and being a New Yorker, I had no idea the “real” way to make taco shells. Before him, it was pre-made taco shells out of the box. And I thought those were good!
Now I know the right way to make the BEST taco shells. All you need is a pan with a little oil in it (coconut oil is the best and healthiest) and some corn tortillas. You can use flour tortillas too, but they don’t get as crispy as corn tortillas.
