Pork chops with black beans and salsa!Â This is an EASY slow-cooker meal.
- Place 4 pork chops in the crock pot (can be boneless or bone-in).
- Add 1 can of black beans WITH the juice.
- Add 1 jar of salsa (hot or mild).
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Stir, and cook on low for about 7.5 – 8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add 1.5 cups of uncooked rice.Â Stir.
- When rice is cooked (about 25-30 minutes), serve.
